PGC is known throughout Austin for our underground utility installation and rehabilitation with a focus on water, wastewater, storm, and fire lines. We also have experience with installing, inspecting, and rehabbing large diameter waterlines, 24 inches to 72 inches, including valve installation.
Municipal
PGC has an IDIQ, indefinite delivery/ indefinite quantity, contract with the City of Austin for on-call, emergency waterline repair, including valve replacement and manway installation. We also have extensive experience with constructing and rehabbing of water and wastewater treatment plants.

Our business has expanded over the years to incorporate excavation and trenching needs for our clients.

We have the ability to complete various structural concrete projects including retaining walls, bridges, and roads.

With our growth over almost 40 years, we’ve expanded our business into various construction needs including paving asphalt roads.

From small to large diameter water pipe, we have the ability to install and repair water lines, including fire lines.

Along with storm pipe installation, we have experience with storm water inlet and outfall installation.

We have experience installing and repairing various materials used for water lines including concrete steel cylinder (CSC) pipe.
MUNICIPAL
Emergency Repair
Through our IDIQ contract with the City of Austin, we’re on-call for emergency waterline repair, 24/7/365.
Valve Replacement
We have experience with valve installation and replacements, including large valve work.
Water Treatment Plants
We have experience with constructing and upgrading existing water and wastewater treatment plants, including constructing and rehabbing lift stations and pump stations.
